Radio Centro Emilia was founded on September 23, 1981 in Soliera, a municipality in the province of Modena. In September 1985, it changed ownership and its editorial line with the entry of new partners. Since then, the editor-in-chief has been the journalist Franco Felleti. In January 1990, it relocated to Modena, bringing its broadcasting studios and editorial staff to the Centro Direzionale 70 of the capital. Since 2008, you can listen to streaming with the quality music that has always distinguished it, touching various musical genres from Jazz to Classical, Opera, Ethnic music, as well as, obviously, highly selected pieces of Italian and foreign Light music. The station's schedule also offers numerous and interesting columns related to information, culture, and current affairs. Since 2015, it has joined the tourism project “Aperto per Ferie” aimed at promoting places and facilities in the holiday sector.
