Promoradio Network was founded in 1975 in Gerace (Reggio Calabria) with the name of Radio Gerace by a group of radio enthusiasts who decided to start broadcasting transmissions from Gerace with self-built antennas and transmitters. Over the years, the station has broadcast not only in FM but also in medium wave on 6815 kHz in three languages (French, English, and German) for the countries of the European basin. It undergoes the normal evolution of local broadcasters. Currently, it broadcasts from the Gerace studio and from Siderno with the main frequencies 102.100 for the Ionian and 107.200 for the Tyrrhenian.
